Woodhouse Spas are seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be
responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to our clients, helping them achieve
their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
ESTHETICIAN POSITION
Classification: Part-Time 25-32 hours a week
Sundays Required
EDUCATION
• Active NC State Esthetician License required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 3 years Esthetician experience required.
• 3 or more years of experience with facials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and
friendly demeanor.
• Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay the best in their profession.
• Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
• Proven track record for retail sales
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
• Strong Retail sales experience
• Performs exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols
• Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations.
• Utilize salon software to manage client information.
• Works well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our
guests
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential
functions of this position
• Exercises good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and
awareness of company goals.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions.
• Maintains strong retail sales performance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Must be able to sit and bend over for most of the day
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
